pathetic

Qued my whole lunch hour because my account was blocked. Only to get to the teller to find out im suppose to have prrof of address. My account therefore cannot be unblocked and I have no access to my funds... I was also told that when I do come back witg my documents my account wont be unblocked immediately. .. im so frustrated because this is a total inconvenience not having access to mu funds
