On a serious note, Nedbank is a bank that honestly judges people and treats one with no integrity or respect yes I got into arrears with my nedbank credit card, I asked that they cancel and paid monthly I then settled the account with a bulk payment to me the account is closed, but not to Nedbank, although it is settled they still charge me monthly fees for a card I dont have access to, I have called so many times each time they tell me they will close it and reverse the monthly fees, now again I get a statement again with fees, Nedbank seriously you get the account paid, I don't have a card or access to one yet you still bill me for monthly fees are you serious is this how you make money by robbing people, and I am sick of phoning your call centre and still get no assistance only promises
