Nedbank Insurance Claims department service is path ethic. is to say the least I have untold misery with a simple claim . todate no one has come back to me . I hope they listen to their voice recording and undertsand our frustrations as a pensioner . The amount of calls time wasted etc etc.

This is shocking serious shocking or this the new trend in our country. .
