Pathethic rude service

For convenience and safety sake as I cannot visit a branch , I wanted to just open a new Nedbank account ,I call the contact centre and both times , the consultants was rude I had an existing account with Nedbank , but stated i cannot go and visit the branch. If yourl.want new customers then at least hear their side of story finished
