Patetic nedbank insurance

I took out an insurance with nedbank insurance covering my car,i got hijacked on the 14th of February 2024 they took 3 months to come back and tell me that my claim has been declined yet they still taking money off my account for an insurance that didnt pay Its been such a horrible experience i hope no one ever ever takes any insurance with nedbank insurance neither do they finance with nedbank MFC
