Paper statement business account not cleared
Hi, I have been charged a paper statement fee of R11 bi weekly, I informed the business consultant on the 4th March and he made the changes to the system. But I am still charged for the fee and am also receiving the statement in paper format every second week. Please can somebody investigate this and refund me for all fee charged based on this.
