Paid up vehicle and struggling to get my documents from Nedbank.

Years ago I paid up my vehicle repayments. I never received my certificate of ownership (maybe my fault, but Nedbank should know way better than me). Now I'm trying to sell my vehicle and I'm struggling to get all my documents from Nedbank. I've had to call in 3 times to resolve this issue and it's not resolved yet.
