Paid up personal loan

I got blacklisted for a loan. I settled the loan. Got proof of payment and a paid up letter from nedbank but they still havent send ITC a request to remove the my name from ITC. I have logged a dispute with ITC but unfortunately they need a request from nedbank. They keep telling me that they have done it but when I contact ITC i get told that no request from nedbank was recieved.
