Paid Up Letter/Credit Bureau Update

I am disappointed with Nedbank. It is 25 days later I am still waiting for a paid-up later and my profile on the credit bureau is not updated. I have been sent from pillar to post and then i remembered I had a private banker. I do not even know why I pay for private banker service, its a useless service. The only 1 time since I had a banker that I asked for help or used the service to help intervene and assist; they themselves have not been assistance. I am just told i will get the letter , credit bureau update and get given different dates. Nedbank
