Paid up letter - worst experience EVER

If you want service, don't ever deal with Nedbank. I have been following up for 2 weeks to get a paid up letter for a personal load paid. They are inconsiderate and do not care about any clients. You are sent from 1 department to the next. Don't ever do business with them, they are the worst provider ever!!!!
