Paid up letter took my job opportunity - poor service at it best

I paid up for my accounts and I was clearing my name for better credit amongst other thing was new job was demanding for me to have all my debt sorted and I paid up all my accounts however all I have been begging for was a paid up letter to submit and guess what I could not land the job because till today I have not received my paid up letter.

This is frustrating for me as I spend my airtime calling and they saying we have emailed it yet none of them have done their work. Losing a job opportunity because of some people who are not doing their work.

Till now I havent been helped and no one is calling me to assist.
