Paid up letter request taking forever.

Good day,

I recently received a settlement quote from Hammond Pole Attorneys. I was then advised that once paid I could get a paid up letter.

It is now 5 days later and I am still getting calls from the law firm to pay the settlement amount. I have paid the amount in full. I sent the letters for proof of payment to Nedbank Personal Loans and to Hammond Pole.

How long does it take to receive a paid up letter? I was promised it will be available shortly after I pay?

I am annoyed because I need the paid up letter and I have requested it from various email addresses at Nedbank, but I am still not getting any assistance.

Why is a simple query taking so long?
