Paid up letter not send. Poor service
I am so dissatisfied with Nedbank service. I requested a paid up letter taht is so much urgent and I was promised that I will get the letter today. I have been trying to call the whole day but the call gets disconnected. I need my paid up letter urgently.

I requested a paid up letter last week Tuesday which was emailed to me by Nomvuyiso. I was owing R56181. 93 and I was given a discount which led to R50 563.40.I settled the amount within 7(seven) days. Today I received an email from the very same Nomvuyiso that I am still owing R5618. 53. I have send her proof of payment that I paid within the 7 days. I will take you to Ombudsman I will not pay this money. Still no respond from Nedbank
