Paid up letter fail!!!!

I don't understand these people. I am utterly and completely disgusted. My account was handed over to recoveries department and I was hounded every month for payment. Now its 2 months and I am still waiting on my paid up letter that I have requested to update my ITC since they are not going to do it. I hope someone can just send me my paid up letter.
