Paid Up Letter Delayed

I would like to find out why it takes more than a week to process a Paid Up Letter?

I settled my Nedbank Personal Loan on 8 October 2016 and am yet to receive a Paid Up Letter.

I called the Personal Loans department last week and was informed that my balance was zero.

Surely this means that my account is closed and finalised?

I require the Paid Up Letter URGENTLY
