Paid up letter

Am greatly frustrated and disappointed and dissatisfied with the above mentioned company. I paid the required amount as requested through the lawyers collecting the debt on their behalf.. it’s been three weeks and am merely waiting for them to issue me with a paid up letter.., I called again this morning and was informed the lawyers have not sent the request through .., Am tired and annoyed by been transferred from pillar to post. Can Nedbank own u and stop shifting blame as I need this letter urgently and for my details to be updated on ITc mom
