Paid up letter and cleared name
Good Day,
Its all good and well to have someone handed over and black listed. That's fine. But at least have the decency to have their names cleared once they account is paid up can. And let us go our separate ways.
Now the account is paid up in full, I don't understand why is it a mission to have my name cleared. Because when Nedbank Recovery listed me they just sent an email or whatever. Same rule should apply when reversing their action, right?
Now that I have settled the account I STILL DONT HAVE PEACE OF MIND.
I, myself had to call and request that they clear my name and that they send me a settlement letter. Now that we are at the end of the road. I get no communication that the account has been paid up or that they will clear my name, which makes me think that had I not followed up I would have been listed forever. All I got was an E-mail that said some saving account has been open by them. No one asked for my permission to open any saving account next thing I will blacklisted because I didn't pay that account.
On Monday or Tuesday I called the Nedbank recovery call centre and was informed that I would receive the letter by Thursday latest Friday. Well, today is Friday, now they tell me that it can take up to 30 Days, which is not gonna fly with me. Everyone else can have a turn around time of 7 Day why should they be exempted from the norm.
I want my name cleared today, as in yesterday.
Can we have some consistency we are at it. Three people cant tell me three different versions and expect me to be happy about it.
Thank you very much...
