PAID UP LETTER

I am so Frustrated by Nedbank you never get good service i was handed over in 2012 by Nedbank and got a surprise to get judgment created by Nedbank where no summons was given me to come to court and state my case

i got funding in 2019 and settled the account now the Legal team is always un available to serve us and i need to buy a car I'm unable to because Nedbank still appears on my Transunion

please help
