Paid Up Letter!

My account was handed over to Ver-tex solutions as I fell behind with my installments due to being retrenched. The account has now been settled in full last month and I have yet to receive a paid up letter. Every time I call Ver-tex I am told that Nedbank will only a paid up letter in 30 days.....?????

Nedbank , I need the paid up letter and for you to update my details with the credit bureaus for me to be credit worthy again.

Please that this with a matter of urgency,the same way the that Ver-tex harassed me.
