Paid up letter

I paid up my loan and now Nebank recoveries is giving me stories regarding my paid up letter. I need the paid up letter ASAP and I have been calling the ********** 18 number and being given different stories regarding my paid up letter.

Nedbank responsed promptly to my query and turned out that they had sent the paid up letter but I had problems with my computer so I never got it. Thank you Nedbank for helping me and thumbs up for your excellent and fast service
