Paid up letter

<p>Iv had a personal loan with nedbank was owing them 4190 I the got. A settlement to pay 3399 I did so on da 26 of April 2017 so I was asking for a paid up letter because wen I go to the bank I can't get a loan as I can't because of the loan from the bank,iv called them several time I'm just finishing my airtime for nothing is the ant how I can speed up the process as I need money b5 the 20 of may 2017 the telling m abt 30 working business day and days 6 weeks surely they can make a plan to just prove Ali don't owe them anymore pks help</p>
