Paid up letter

I had a personal loan from Nedbank. On the 29/09/2016 , the next day (30/09/2016)I called & asked for my paid up letter & was told it will be send for closure , i must call again after 7 days. I called again o n the 06/10/2016 , I spoke to Neo & she emailed me a paid up letter that states that i paid up my loan on the 1 January 1900. I called her again and asked her to rectify the date. She told me it won't be possible because it's loaded on the system, she will escalate it and gave me the reference number(Ref: ********** ) . This morning (07/10/2016)when i call to report this issue I spoke to Dipuo and she told me the reason for the delay is that Nedbank is owing me as I have paid up the amount that inclused the money that they was already debited from my account so the money has to be cleared first before the loan account can be closed. That was supposed to have been done already. My question to Dipuo was how come Neo has sent me a paid up letter already the only thing is to change the date. Dipuo said Neo has sent me a wrong letter with less information. I called agian today (07/10/2016)at 1:20 Sherney told me that no update has been loaded on the system Dipuo did not update the system with the information she gave me. she says she will have to re-escalete it. I spoke to Thabile the Team Leader , she told me it will only be escalated now and i will get my paid up letter today that's if my money did not delay to be cleared. She i must call her at 4pm . Why should I be the one calling her? Nedbank is irritating me because they are the ones owing me. why can't they refund me and give me my paid up letter. I need this letter urgently to apply for a house tomorrow. No one is promising me a valid thing.
