Paid up Credit cards but Not receiving settlement letters

I have paid up credit card accounts that were in default and now wont get any response with regard to settlement letters so I can work on clearing my record. I paid into the Nedbank accounts directly as directed by Rossouwn, Leslie, inc and Jaggard Attorneys but no one responds to any my emails anymore. Please can I get settlement letters for my records.
