Paid up account, still reflected on credit as outstanding

After paying my account in full in September this year, I was told by Nedbank that me credit record would be updated within 30 days. I received a letter to confirm that the full amount has been settled, yet to this day, by credit record has not been updated, and because of that I am blocked due to un-affordability and an credit score that cant be updated. Nedbank says the problem is with Transunion, Transunion says they are waiting for Nedbank to get back to them. No one is taking responsibility
