Paid my loan up but Nedbank does not want to take it off itc
I paid up my loan in January 2nd I was told will take 30 working days to take it off it’s been more than that and still not taken off I don’t know what to do so tried of the phone calls after Fone Call itc says they can not do anything without Nedbank authority

Kindly note that once a loan is paid up and closed a file is sent to the credit bureaus to update a credit profile. Their turn around differs there we provide a paid up letter upon request from a client. A resolution manager will contact you to give you some guidance and assistance on this matter.
