Overseas clients

My daughter is at Nedbank but lives in Canada. Due to them changing OTP with only SA numbers she is not able to access her account to check balances and payments. I have POA on all her things here but they will not help. This is utterly ridiculous with so many people working overseas and they cannot access their accounts but are charged fees monthly.
