Overdue Fradu case no feedback and incorrect information

I have been with Nedbank for years, now I have a ***** case and the admin lady Betty is just messing me around, this case is well overdue, it was opened last year and still no feedback. I am being told different things each time i contact the call centre. In turn this case would give Nedbank some positive views compared to other banks cause e wallets can be traced but they are just messing me around
