Overdraft wirhout consent, ingoring the fact im under debt review

I gave a clear instruction that no further debit orders are allowed on my bank account. You however decided to let my account go into a overdraft of over R700 when i dont have an overdraft facility on my account. I clearly told you i am under debt review with Finfix and still you let debit orders go through on my account. Is this a way of getting back at me ? If you dare ***** my sons grant money from sassa that is still to come in, i will lay charges against your bank as you were instructed i am under debt review and no debits are allowed. I dont have an overdraft and you created one without my consent. I am relaying all this info to finfix as well
