OVERDRAFT ON SAVINGS ACCOUNT

My wife and I opened accounts at Tubatse crossing Mall branch of Nedbank in 2017. The accounts we wanted were savings accounts and according to the consultant we got savings accounts and monthly banking fee was R5. We were not asked anything about income. I later got a job and started earning my salary through the account and automatically the banking fees changed. I believed it was because of the amaount going through the account and it made sense to me that way.

What ****ed me off is the fact that when I lost my job, Nedbank overdrawn our accounts and now they are sending demands and debt collectors.
