Overdraft on my daughter sassa money

Good Daly all I went to nedbank at sour jhb cbd to open an account find an Indian lady told her I want to open an account for my daughter sassa grant..she opened cheque account only to find out after I left my bank details at sassa. I've never used the bank card I'm. Always using app lately I've been getting mds of absa and mds from nedbank when I went to ghadi square asked them to help me with these amount of overdraft she told me there's nothing she can do I must stop subscribing asked her subscribed from what bcz I don't have subscription I even checked my phone I have no subscription on top of that each and every month I don't even use the actual cards or anything whenever I receive Money I transfer but lately I've been getting overdraft of 400rand each and everyday I have -400rand in the app I'm struggling to change the card cz I have to go to the Eastern cape.im not even working this sassa it's for my daughter but nedbank just take it even now I'm thinking of closing cz I don't get solution it's been 6 months paying 400rand for something I don't know and as for 100 I understand bcz it's for the card I didn't even asked for but the 300rand I don't know...I hate nedbank shym I regret opening the account no one is e even helpful at nedbank they always chitchatting in the corner on wattsapp with their phone mxm.i am going to close the account bcz now nedbank is eating my sassa Money for Nothing.
