Overdraft Application

I currently have a overdraft with Nedbank. I recently received an offer on my money app to increase the overdraft limit but instead to my surprise it decreased. I called in to get this fixed and revert back to my previous limit but was told I had to go through the whole process again of signing contracts, this was 1 March 2021 by the way. The application then pended because the wanted Confirmation of Employment(this was not required initially when contracts were sent). Employment letter sent to *** and Lelo Mhlongo, It is now the 4th of March still I haven't received feedback, money not loaded in my account, debit orders need to go off on Friday I'm stressed. Can we fix this!!!!! I just want to return to my overdraft of R6000 that's all.
