Overdraft

Hi. I have app**** for an overdraft with nedbank on the 28th of January 2022 and received an email on the 1st of Feb saying I have been approved. But now the overdraft doesn't appear anywhere on my account, then since the 2nd of Feb I've been contacting nedbank call center and a Woman by the name of Zandile said my application was not confirmed and yet on my side it says it's been approved, then called again and got this rude woman by the name of Charmaine and told me that my overdraft is being declined.

I've been trying to get this ever since day one I received an email but no one seems to be helpful. Nedbank is really a bad bank and they're process takes forever.
