Overcharging and Security Risk

Good Day, Is Nedbank trying to get rid of clients? I have a safe custody box at your Sandown branch, 1. This year my annual fee on the box jumped by 300% from R 280 p.a to R 1,160 p.a rather unfairly steep increase to me. 2. Today I visited to collect some documents, on trying to get into your parking this morning I was not allowed in until I finally confirmed to the security guard that I was going to safe custody. This is a massive breach in security to me, how do I know that this information is safe and that it will not be used to mark a client as a potentially worthwhile target. 3. When I got to the safe custody unit it was unattended, after a complaint and long wait somebody did finally arrive. In the mean time we, together with other clients were left hanging around in the quadrangle for all sorts of people to see we were waiting for safe custody, again a major security breach in my mind, one never knows who is keeping an eye on you. This attitude is far too risky in my view so I closed my security box immediately and hope that Nedbank will give a fair refund for the massive overcharge and the pro rata refund for the unused portion of the year already paid for.
