Overcharges on cash handling fees

On 27 May 25 I want to do a cash deposit at a Vincent Park Mall ATM and ATM was not accepting the money,so I want inside the branch to deposit the amount ,the consultant ask why didn’t I use ATM outside and I explained to him that ATM outside was not accepting the money.A deposit of R9500 was made inside ,but the consulted inside branch didn’t inform me about handling fees of R1000 would be deducted from R9500.I was shocked when I check my money app and so I want back straight to the branch to enquire about the handling fees .I was informed that terms and conditions on cash deposits inside the branches was R100 every thousand rand deposited and that was supposed to be informed to me when the account was opened.So I contacted the call centre to file my complaint i was than informed that terms and conditions where made available on letter where I received my card from and nothing can be done about this matter.
