Overcharged for 6 months now, Frustrating!!!
I have an ongoing query for 6 months now, every month I am overcharged, I have gone to the branch, spoken to a call centre and emailed them several times and they keep saying they going to get this resolved, nothing happens. I have been a loyal client for 23 years and this is the level of service I get!!
I have had enough, I'm closing my accounts
