Overcharged.

Terrible service from this bank. I piad off my credit card and closed the account but I still got debited for the same account after I had closed it. This was in December 2022 and till to date, I have not received my refund. I've sent emails and spoke with a branch manager in musgrave and gateway theater of shopping but I have never been refunded until now.
