Overall pathetic service from Nedbank !!!

The level of service you receive from Nedbank is awful whether you deal with them via their call centre, a branch or even their managers. I have been a customer of Nedbank's for 24 years and I regret remaining this loyal. I have struggled to get any assistance from them with regards to my home loan and insurance claims. All I ever get is that I need to speak to the person handling my claims etc. They never get back to and you supposed to just sit and wait, hope and pray that someone will come back to you. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for feedback on my home loan readvance application. One year later my insurance claim ends up not being paid. Disgusting service Nedbank!!!
