Over the MOON :)

<p>2nd February 2017 I posted a complaint agains Nedbank for money going of an account I do not use and with the poor level of service I received visisting the nearest Nedbank in my area and the call centre, ever since then a Gentleman by the name of Nicolas Govender contacted me the day after posting my complaint.</p> <p>Not only have he restored my faith in Nedbank but he have showed me that Nedbank do care and they have wonderfull staff in the back ground doing damage control and assisting clients where ever they can.</p> <p>Not only was the issue resolved but I was refunded as well, I never in my wildest dreams saw that coming.</p> <p>Nicolas you are truly one amazing individual and I am forever great full for your amazing service and you may you and your family be blessed for all the hard work you put in daily dealing with difficult and chalenging people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for the amazing service and thank you for caring. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
