Over R 55 000 paid to wrong account

On the 07 July 2022 I did a loan consolidation with Nedbank and they were supposed to pay R 55 585.00 towards my loan with FNB. That amount was paid into the wrong account, resulting in FNB not getting the funds. My account was debited by FNB on the 27 July with R 3 432.00. I logged a query ref ***4 that I want my money paid into my account ASAP and till to date I never got a resolution.
