Over charging for simple mistake

I accidentally made a wrong payment towards an account and to reverse the eft transaction Nedbank charges R394.67. I find this to be **************** because on other banking app you can reverse the payment by yourself if it was paid incorrectly . The amount that i needed to pay is almost the same price as the reversal.
