Over charged on charges

<p>i got this reference ********** to close my account after paying it up and realised i have been paying an SST charge of 3.51 and a telephone assisted charge of 14.04 for i dont know how long. this is incorrect as i use internet banking on all my transactions and i dont possess a card dont know when i collected a card. i also get this greenbacks linkage charge for i dont know how long. please this is ***** as soem charges are wrong and the linkage fee is yearly why am i being charged so much. i request this to be handled with utmost urgence. the agent tells me only 3 months charges will be reveresed ! since when ? tyhis is utter nonsense i get charged and i must just pay but now only 3 months can be paid back to me! Worst bank ever to deal with.</p>
