Over charged for a new card

It happened that I lost my bank card ,on Monday I went to the branch to do a new card it was successful, on Tuesday I then depoisted R410 in my account I was charged a card fee of R75 and card delivery fee of R165 ,how is this possible because I went straight to the branch to get a new card I'm so angry very angry and want my money back how what kind of a bank charges R240 for a bank card
