Over charged

Hy im dimakatso Mashabela i have problem with nedbank on March I have received an sms informing me that I can withdraw at any atm there are no charges. So I did that only to find out that they have charged me 52 rand. It's a lot of money and I don't use atm for withdrawal I only withdraw at a till point. I called they gave me this reference no 346016 still this day I'm still waiting
