Over charged

I have two bank accounts with nedbank pay as you use and Current account . I use the Current account one where I get my monthly stipend on from November last year this month I don't know what's going on I got bank charges for R1014,49 which I don't understand where they coming from how I noticed that it's bank charges I was trying to transfer an amount of R350 to myself from a pocket account I created on the nedbank app only to see a minus on the R1014,49 decreasing to R664,69 I've never had bank charges for this much ever its like I haven't been receiving money on my account now the bank charges have been increasing monthly . I don't understand this move nedbank pulled on me this month. Very distressed
