OUTSTANDING SERVICE & SUPPORT

Nadia assisted us with our home loan for our first house, which was registered today. Nadia is the reason why my fianc? and I are still sane. Our estate agent was not helpful at all and hardly help with any follow up or communications between the lawyers and us (the 1st time home owners). Every time I phoned Nadia she immediately phoned the lawyers and followed up on the registration of our house. Nadia really went the extra mile as this is not her job. She never once got annoyed because I was phoning her for the 3rd time that week. It has taken 6 months for the house to be registered, and Nadia has been helping us even prior to the purchasing of this house. She is always friendly, and assists every time regardless if it is her job or not, Nadia also went out of her way to give us feedback and status updates regularly.
