Outstanding Service Nedbank Glenacres Branch

<p>I went to visit the Glenacres branch (in Glen Marais) to program a PIN on my renewal credit card. Having been to another branch in Kempton Park before (where I received attrocious service), I dealth with a lady with the name of Mmamoloko Florence Khosa at Glen acres. It's a long story about FICA documentation, etc., etc., butMmamoloko assisted me and went out of her way to help. I could not believe it was a branch of the same bank - service wise. I am very greatful to Mmamoloko for the way she handled the situation and the effort she put in to assist me during a very frustrating time. She is trula an asset to the Glenacres branch!!</p>
