OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I have had a problem loading the new platform for the NEDBANK INTERNET BANKING PLATFORM. My normal branch is CLEARWATER. Clearwater was not open for the past month due to renovations so I had to go to the NORTHGATE Branch. The help that I got from Yonela was outstanding. Not did he pursue the matter personally, but got other people involved to sort it out. With employees like these, any business will excel. Well done Yonela
