Outstanding Service!!!!

In 2014 be bought a house via Nedbank home loans. We experience great service form a lady named Natasha Moonaseur. In 2020 we decided to buy a new house. the agent recommended a bond originator which we give a try but came back with hundreds of issues. I thought it is many years later and that Natasha might have moved on since 2014 from Nedbank but I was going to reach out to her and try to find out if she is still with them since the service she provided in 2014 was so good. As luck would have it she was still at Nedbank and the service the second time round was just as good as the first time. Natasha is the reason I moved to Nedbank in 2014 and Natasha is the reason I will stay with Nedbank. People like her has a true understanding of customer service and the extra mile she walk for us is truly apricated.
