Outstanding service at Vaal Mall branch

I am very impressed and satisfied with the excellent service I received from Nedbank in the Vaal Mall today. My bank card got stuck in the ATM and I immediately phoned the helpline to stop my card. After stopping my card, the friendly call agent advised that I can go into my nearest branch to get a new card. Even though the branch were packed with customers, I was assisted within only two minutes at counter 7 and got my new card immediately. I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful service I got. I will definitely recommend this branch!
