OUTSTANDING SERVICE

These 5 stars we are giving to a great lady at Nedbank Cape Gate branch, by the name of Natalie. My 75 year old wife went to the bank, to have her SASSA transfer on track. This after SASSA made a mess up with the previous application. She helped my wife from a to z. All the way. She made sure that all documentation were correct and, went even further in sending it off. Making sure that it was send. This is now outstanding service and with friendliness and dignity. It made us feel appropriated for the services we rended for our country. Thanks very much Natalie, your small gesture of help, will be returned to you.
